INSTRUMENT RATING
Goodbye Cloudy Skies
Don't want to be at the mercy of the weather? Then you need your instrument rating! This gives any type of pilot, from private up through transport, the ability to fly when the weather isn't perfect.

You'll learn how to control and navigate your airplane by instruments alone when you can't see outside.

The instrument rating requires 50 hours of cross-country flight time and 40 hours of simulated instrument flying, which can be combined.
